"The first time I spoke with Kaitlin over the phone, I was very pregnant with my second child and felt anxious about my transition into becoming a mother of two small children. I relayed my concern about making certain my two year old would be taken care of while I adjusted to life with another newborn. Kaitlin listened to my tales of struggles with breastfeeding my now toddler and how the prospect of finding myself in a similar situation was causing me more stress than I needed. I was grateful that she would be coming to me with education in breastfeeding in addition to all of her other experiences!
In person, Kaitlin was even more warm and understanding than I had hoped for. She interracted with my toddler like a pro, like they had long been friends. Our initial meeting helped to relieve my mind before the baby came; this time I was assuring I'd have the help at home that I lacked when I had my first child.
